Data controller

What data is collected
Through the contact form we collect only the data you enter yourself: your name, company name, email address, telephone number, the selected service area, and the text of your enquiry.
If you write to us directly by email or call us, we process the data contained in that communication.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed solely in order to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to prepare and perform a contract. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the enquiry, or the preparation and performance of a contract.
Data is not used for automated decision-making, profiling or direct marketing, and is neither sold nor exchanged with third parties.
Transfer to third parties
Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except where this is necessary to perform the agreed service or where there is a legal obligation to do so. The hosting and email providers process data on our behalf and only to the extent required for technical operation.
Retention period
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for no longer than twelve months and are then deleted. Where an enquiry leads to a contractual engagement, data is kept for the duration of that engagement and thereafter for the period required by applicable tax and accounting regulation.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics tools, includes no advertising or tracking scripts, and embeds no third-party content. All resources, meaning styles, scripts and fonts, are loaded from this same domain.
The hosting provider may keep standard technical access logs (for example IP address and request time) for security and maintenance purposes.
Your rights
In respect of your personal data you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time. You can submit a request to tina.neshovska@gmail.com; we respond within the statutory period.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Macedonia.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to incoming enquiries is limited to the people who need it in order to handle the enquiry.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be amended if the way the site operates changes. The date of the last amendment is always shown at the top of this page.
