Company formation

Company formation

Support throughout the whole formation process, from choosing the right legal form and activity through registration to being ready to trade.

Setting up a company calls for the right choice of legal form, orderly documentation and the initial obligations met on time. We take you through the steps involved: from the choice of legal form and activity code to registration with the Central Registry, opening the business account, and organising the bookkeeping. The aim is that from the very beginning you have a clear view of your obligations and a sound basis for trading without interruption.

What you receive

  • The Central Registry incorporation decision once the registration procedure is complete.
  • The tax number and completed tax registration, in accordance with the applicable requirements.
  • Support in opening a business account and preparing the bank documentation required.
  • A calendar of the statutory and tax obligations for the first year, for easier planning and meeting the deadlines on time.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about this service

The Central Registry filing itself is quick once the documentation is complete. What takes longer is the decisions before it: legal form, activity, ownership structure, and whether you register for VAT immediately.

It depends on whether there is one founder or several, and how you want liability and decision-making arranged. The difference looks formal but affects everything afterwards, which is why it is the first question we ask.

Not always. It depends on expected turnover and on who your customers are. Voluntary registration is sometimes in your favour and sometimes only adds obligations; we work that out before you decide.
