  • The tax number and completed tax registration, in accordance with the applicable requirements.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about this service

The Central Registry filing can be completed in one to two days once all the documentation is in order and complete. What matters is the decisions taken before it: the legal form, the activity, the ownership structure and the tax treatment, including whether VAT registration is required. That way the company is set up in line with your business needs and the activities you have planned.

The choice depends first of all on the number of founders and on how you want ownership and decision-making arranged. A DOO is a limited liability company that may have one or more founders, while a DOOEL is a limited liability company founded by a single person. Choosing the right form is an important first step, because it affects the ownership structure and how the business is organised.

Not always. The obligation to register depends on the statutory conditions, including turnover achieved or expected, while voluntary registration may be appropriate depending on the nature of the activity, the customers and the purchases planned. Before you decide, we go through the specific circumstances and the tax consequences, so that you can choose the right approach for your company.
